Today Xperia Z5 and its compact version Xperia Z5 Compact both have appeared in the GFXBench benchmark confirming the specification that we already know from the leaks.
In GFXBench specifications shows Xperia Z5 has a 5.1-inch 1080p display, with the Xperia Z5 Compact feature a 4.5-inch 720p display. Also, the Soc will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 and internal storage of both devices to be 32GB with Xperia Z5 having 3GB Ram and Xperia Z5 Compact having 2GB Ram. Both the devices will have a 5MP front camera and 23MP back camera.
