Lifelog Updated to 2.9.A.0.28 - Improved Stamina Mode Detection

Sony Mobile has updated their Lifelog app to version 2.9.A.0.28. So this will replace the previous version 2.9.A.0.22 from the new version 2.9.A.0.28.  In this latest version, there are new improvements such as the improved STAMINA mode detection and notification. See the changelog below
